Community Referral Program

How does it Work?

The "Community Partner Referral Program" program allows community partners to refer their clients to CCA for free clothing. Making a referral is easy and can be done in three simple steps:
  • For an agency to participate all they have to do is to submit an online application by clicking on the Join us button in the Top navigation bar.
  • Once the application has been approved by Community Clothing Assistance a user account will be automatically created for the Primary user of the agency and an email with the login information and approval notification will be sent to the primary user of the agency.
  • The agency personnel can then login online and start referring clients for free clothing after creating theor online profiles.

    Ourl Success Story...
In the past flood victims both local and from out of town, house fire victims, those on ODSP, and those between jobs have benefitted from the Community Partners Referral Program.
This program takes on a special importance in the winter when jackets, and long underwear are a must for Thunder Bay’s cold climate.
Through the Community Partners Referral Program even those who have no money are able to put together outfits of their own choosing, an opportunity not found anywhere else in the City for those in need.
The large bank of clothing makes easy to choose the style that people like, no one is forced to accept items that will not be appealing to them as there are thousands of items to choose from.
